TCS to leverage Google Cloud’s generative AI to design custom solutions

Tata Consultancy Services said on Monday that it has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud to provide generative AI offerings.

Under this partnership, TCS will leverage generative AI services from Google Cloud to design and deploy customized business solutions for customers.

“Our partnership with Google Cloud around generative AI enables us to quickly create value for our customers. TCS is investing in assets, frameworks and talent to harness the power of generative AI to enable growth and transformation for our customers,” said TCS, Enterprise Growth Group President Krishnan Ramanujam.

TCS said it is working with clients in multiple industries, to explore how generative AI can be used to deliver value in their specific business contexts.

The company said it is investing in expanding its expertise in rapidly evolving cloud technologies.

“TCS’ business transformation expertise and commitment to training thousands of people on Google Cloud Generative AI will be an important asset for companies accelerating their adoption of generative AI,” said Kevin Ishpurani.

TCS claims to have more than 25,000 Google Cloud Certified Engineers, and more than 50,000 assistants trained in AI, with plans to earn 40,000 Google Cloud Generative AI skill badges over this year, to support expected demand for its new offerings.
