Renewable energy firm Avaada Group completes Rs 10,700 cr-funding round

Renewable energy company Avaada Group said on Wednesday that it has closed a financing round of Rs 10,700 crore.

The funds will be used to support Avaada’s green hydrogen, green methanol, green ammonia, solar manufacturing, and renewable energy generation projects.

“The Avaada Group has announced the successful closing of a ₹10,700 crore (US$1.3 billion) financing round, marking a historic moment for Asia’s green energy industry and India’s renewable energy sector,” the company said in a statement.
