Punjab National Bank launches IVR-based UPI 123PAY for feature phone users
Punjab National Bank (PNB) Introduced an IVR-based digital payment solution – UPI 123PAY – in cooperation with National Payments Corporation of India.

Introducing 123PAY UPI aims to provide UPI privileges to areas without internet access and people without smartphones.

What is 123PAY UPI?
Unified Payments Interface (UPI) It is a 24-hour real-time payment solution for secure transactions. 123PAY UPI is a similar way to pay via a regular phone. Through UPI 123PAY, users can initiate transactions by calling an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) number.
