Indsil Hydro Power sells 12 MW power plant in Raipur for Rs 11.40 cr

Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese on Friday announced the sale of its 12 MW power plant at Raipur in Chhattisgarh for Rs 11.40 crore.

“The company has entered into a deal with a buyer to sell the 12 MW power plant to the company located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh for a total consideration of Rs 11.40 crore (excluding GST and applicable charges), according to a BSE filing.

It was stated that the buyer had no connection with the group of promoters/promoters of the company and was not a related party transaction.

It added that the power station was not operating and therefore the said sale will not affect the company’s operations.
