Axis Mutual ropes in Vandana Trivedi for passive business

Axis Mutual Fund has appointed Vandana Trivedi as its Head of Corporate and Passive Business.

In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and leading the sales and customer relationship management strategy for institutional clients. Furthermore, she will lead the passive business of the Axis Mutual Fund, and will also develop and lead the sales strategy for the vertical segment, the fund house said in a statement.

Commenting on her appointment, B. Gobkumar, Managing Director and CEO, Axis AMC: “We look forward to leveraging Vandana’s industry understanding and experience to strengthen our corporate and passive businesses. We believe her appointment will strengthen the strong leadership of the Axis Collaborative Fund.”

Trivedi joins Axis Collaborative Fund from Bandhan AMC, where she held the position of Head of Institutional Sales. Before that, it was associated with HSBC AMC and Cholamandalam AMC.
