Abrdn sells its entire stake in HDFC Life

Abrdn (Mauritius Holdings) 2006 Ltd sold its entire 3.66 percent stake in HDFC Life Insurance via bundled deals on Wednesday. Abrdn is a promoter of HDFC Life. According to big deal data from BSE, it sold 3.57 crore shares at an average price of Rs. 579.60, making the transaction value ₹2,063.4 crore.

While the identity of the buyer is unknown, the stock closed at $591.55 on BSE.
