DeHaat partners with GBI, Aussan Labs to bring bio-input formulations to Indian farmers

Agricultural technology platform DeHaat on Thursday announced its strategic partnership with two global agricultural bioinput innovations – GBI (Global BioAg Innovations) and Aussan Labs.

The multi-year partnership enables DeHaat to exclusively manage distribution and sales of six unique formulations patented by GBI and Aussan Labs through its exclusive network of 12,000 DeHaat Centers of Excellence spanning 1.1 million villages across 12 states, providing last mile access to more than Two million Indians, the company said in a statement.

DeHaat, through its existing relationships with more than 250 agricultural companies offering a broad range of more than 3,000 agricultural input storage units, has expanded its reach to global IP addresses for the first time.

The association aims to empower farmers with appropriate products and information to combat changing climatic conditions and establish sustainable agricultural practices.

DeHaat aims to facilitate these cutting-edge products designed to improve soil health and fortify crops against the harmful effects of climate change. DeHaat has so far partnered with 4 such global innovators, giving access to its top growers and last mile network and hopes to expand this success to offer many more global agricultural solutions for Indian soils.
