Yes Bank’s loan book grows 7.5% to Rs 2 trillion in Q1 ending June

Yes Bank recorded 7.5 percent YoY growth in Loans and Advances at Rs. 2 trillion at the end of June 30, 2023 (Q1 FY24). Total retail payments stood at Rs. 11,357 crore in the quarter, just under Rs. 11,863 crore in the first quarter of FY23.

The private sector lender’s deposits grew by 13.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs. 2.19 trillion at the end of June 2023. The share of low-cost funds – the current and savings account (CASA) – decreased from 31.6 percent in June 2022 to 29.4 percent in June 2023. The proportion of credit deposits reached 91.3 percent in June 2023, compared to 96.4 percent a year ago.
