SJVN Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Maharashtra State Power Generation Corporation to develop 5,000 megawatts of renewable energy projects in Maharashtra. The MoU was signed to explore the feasibility of setting up several renewable projects in Maharashtra, which include hydrogen, pumped storage, wind, solar, hybrid and green hydrogen projects. On Wednesday, SmallCap World Fund sold a 1.6 percent stake in Aavas financiers for Rs 173 crore through an open market transaction. According to bulk deal data available with BSE, SmallCap World Fund Inc offloaded more than 12.84 thousand shares, equivalent to 1.6 percent of shares of Aavas Financiers. The shares were sold at an average price of ₹1,349.94.
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has given its approval to the composite scheme of the arrangement between Nihal Financial Services (NFSPL), promoter Tega Industries, Marudhar Food & Credit (MFCL) and MM Group Holdings, all of which are part of the promoter group company. With this approval, MFCL will merge into NFSPL, and the entire ownership of MFCL (1.96% equity) in Tega will be transferred to NFSPL, resulting in NFSPL owning a 57.05% stake in Tega.
