Reliance shareholders will receive one share of Jio Financial. All of Reliance’s existing derivatives contracts will expire today and will be reintroduced tomorrow again to adjust for the dismissal, according to the NSE.
Industry and automotive supplier Schaeffler on Tuesday announced the appointment of Ashish Bhatia as President of the Automotive Manufacturer. Lemon Tree Hotels has announced its latest signing – Lemon Tree Hotel, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The property is expected to become operational by the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. State Bank of India will set up a new trustee company as its wholly owned subsidiary to manage the Corporate Debt Market Development Fund (CDMDF). The trustee will act as a support facility for the purchase of investment grade corporate debt securities to instill confidence among participants in the corporate bond market during times of stress and to enhance secondary market liquidity in general by establishing a permanent institutional framework for activation in times of market stress.
Captain Pipes recently commissioned a new CPVC machine in Rajkot plant. This will increase its installed capacity by 1,100 tons per year and help expand the product range in CPVC pipes up to 100 mm (4 in) in diameter as per ASTM standards.
