Sales bookings for real estate firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd increased by 30 per cent to Rs. 3,914.7 crore in the first quarter of this financial year as a result of improved demand for its residential and commercial properties.
Its sales bookings were Rs. 3,012 crore in the period last year.
