Nandini partners with Chai Point for Maha Kumbh Mela
Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), which markets its products under the Nandini brand has partnered with Chai Point for the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj taking place from January 13 to February 26. Through this partnership, the tea café chain aims to sell over 1 crore cups of tea. Chai Point has set up ten outlets within the event premises.
The initiative also aims to achieve a Guinness World Record for the highest number of tea cups sold at a single event, according to KMF. In addition to tea, Chai Point will offer other Nandini products, including sweets and milkshakes.
This collaboration follows KMF’s recent entry into the whey protein market, marked by the launch of whey protein-based idly and dosa batters in Bengaluru. Prior to this, KMF announced its expansion into the Delhi market, with a goal of capturing 10 lakh litres per day within two years.
