Mumbai-based investment firm A91 Partners invests $30 million in KaarTech
IT advisory firm KaarTech said on Monday that it has raised US$30 million, about Rs. 245 crore, from Mumbai-based investment firm A91 Partners.
Gautam Mago and Kaushik Anand of A91 Partners will join KaarTech’s board of directors.
“The partnership with A91 will propel KaarTech into an unprecedented era of expansion, propelling us towards our ambition to go public, despite our humble origins. This partnership will enhance our ability to expand geographically and grow our service portfolio internally,” Kartik CEO Maran Nagarajan said.
The partnership aims to boost the organic and inorganic growth of Chennai-based KaarTech across the existing markets of the Middle East, European Union and North America.
Founded in 2006, KaarTech is a digital services professional with expertise in discrete manufacturing, professional service automation, process manufacturing, and FMCG.
With a team of more than 2,000 employees, KaarTech has doubled its revenue in the past 24 months.
