Real estate firm K Raheja Corp said on Friday that its residential arm sold properties worth Rs 1,100 crore in its luxury residential project in south Mumbai during the March quarter.

K Raheja Corp Homes, the residential business of K Raheja Corp Group, generated record pre-launch sales revenue of Rs 1,100 crore, with its single Raheja Modern Vivarea project in less than 90 days, in the fourth quarter of the last financial year, the company said in a statement. .
