Italian company F.I.L.A.’s Indian unit DOMS approves IPO
Italian pencil and creative tool maker FILA said on Friday that the board of directors of its Indian unit Doms has approved an initial public offering.
FILA has committed to an offer to sell DOMS shares worth around €90 million ($100.07 million), and remains the company’s largest single shareholder after the IPO.
It added that the listing is expected to close by the end of the year.
