Global Surfaces repays ₹401 mn loan from HDFC Bank out of IPO

Global Surfaces announced Tuesday that it has repaid the $48,94,768 (approximately $401 million) loan to HDFC Bank from its initial public offering, as stated in the prospectus dated March 16, 2023.

Global Surfaces, the quartz stone manufacturers, believes that repayment will result in less financial expenses and benefits.

Global Surfaces is headquartered in India. Shares of Global Surfaces opened today at ₹212.7 on NSE compared to its previous closing of ₹211.45.
