Cognizant and Max Life Insurance collaborate to launch an innovation and development centre

Realized technology solutionsOn Tuesday, it announced that it had launched the Innovation and Development Center in cooperation with Max Life Insurance Company Limited (Max Live) in Chennai. The facility aims to bring together teams from the two companies to accelerate Max Life’s digital transformation efforts.

The center aims to drive product innovation, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational excellence for Max Life. Cognizant will use its expertise in consulting and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud transformation to enhance customers’ digital experience, according to the release.

Cognizant and Max Life’s 15-year partnership has resulted in the deployment of several digital transformation initiatives, including migration to the cloud, edge applications, payment gateway consolidation, and faster onboarding systems.
