Aureus Investment cuts stake in Sona BLW

Aureus Investment, the promoter of Sona BLW Precision Forgings, sold 1.9 crore shares (or 3.25 per cent), of the auto utility company. The shares were sold at an average price of ₹ 503.73, taking the deal size to ₹ 957 crore, big deal data from NSE has revealed.

Aureus Investment acquired a 33 percent stake in Sona BLW at the end of the March 2023 quarter.

Societe Generale and the Government of Singapore bought the majority of these shares. Sona BLW Precision stock jumped nearly 6 percent at ₹565 on the New York Stock Exchange.
