Akshayakalpa forays into organic fruits and vegetables

Organic dairy company Akshayakalpa has announced its entry into the organic vegetables and fruits category with the ‘greens’ category.

Under the “greens,” Akshayakalpa will offer organic spinach, tomatoes, peppers, and okra (lady’s finger) along with several other staple vegetables and fruits, the company said in a statement. Through continuous diversification, the company has managed to go beyond the dairy category and now offers products under the category of vegetables, fruits, milk, yoghurt, ghee, dough, paneer, curd, cheese, butter, coconut, bread, honey, herbs and eggs.

Ultimately we started our journey with the dairy business, but after what we have learned, We have entered into various dairy products such as dough, bread, honey, coconut, eggs and bananas. With the launch, we aim to add 15 percent to our revenue by fiscal ’25.”

The company aims to start its organic F&V operations in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad and would like to expand to Pune and Mumbai.
